Limited edition HARMAN RED 125 film is the perfect next step in Harman's color project. Based on the Phoenix emulsion, this rescale film has a clear base, no anti-halation layer, and high red & green sensitivity which makes it the perfect emulsion for a redscale film, ensuring minimal speed loss.
What is Redscale film?
‘Redscale’ describes the effect you get when shooting through the back of a color film. By doing this you are exposing your image through the film’s base and the red sensitive layer first while also significantly reducing the impact of the blue sensitive layer. When accurately exposed, this typically removes the blue from the image whilst creating almost monochromatic results primarily consisting of reds, oranges and yellows.
